I have had good experiences at the pediatric walk in clinic here. I've found the staff to be very helpful and Dr. Ramadan's care is excellent. He is friendly, professional and thorough. Thumbs up.

I signed up as a new patient a few weeks ago. The clinic contacted me a couple of weeks after indicating that I was approved as a new patient and will need to book an appointment. I followed up to book an appointment, however I was not able to speak to a receptionist despite multiple calls across several days. The phone line goes directly to voicemail. I finally left a voicemail with my contact details but have not received a call back. Abysmal service.
UPDATE: After receiving the response from the owner in regards to my experience, I contacted the number provided in the response. The line was answered by an operator who seemed confused about the reason of my call and indicated that I need to provide a specific contact name in order to speak to anyone. As no contact name was provided in the response, I could not comply. The agent informed me that there was nothing they could do and no one they could refer me to. LET ME STRESS - THIS OCURRED AFTER I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS, AS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER'S RESPONSE TO MY CONCERN. I was unpleasantly disappointed with the clinic's level of service (if there were any options for alternate medical care in London, ON, I would most definitely never look back, however there are none at present). However, a complete lack of accountability and process in handling my concerns only served to further exacerbate the already abysmal service. Disgraceful!

Rudeness with a smile. Doctors are nice but receptionists are rude and criticize patients infont of other patients. Also walk in clinic open times change alot so it's very difficult to even see a doctor.
