I had an appointment with Dr. Brown, he was very attentive allowed me to explain what I had been going through and really listened and guided me through what he thought was going on. I had a follow up appointment with Brandi who did some tests for me and she was awesome. Very personable and caring, everyone at this place from the secretaries to the Doctors do their best. They explain things thoroughly and are super patient. 5 Star service. I suggest for people who have had a bad experience to try their luck at the zoo's of LHSC as opposed to the renowned staff at LCI.

I got some tests recently. Before I did, I was a little bit concerned because of bad reviews. But I don't see any problems when I got tests. Staffs and nurses were kind and friendly, they seemed they did what they should do. As long as they diagnose correctly, I will be happy with their service.

I went to the clinic to have an echo-cardiogram done. The technician pushed so hard on my ribs and neck that I had to have my pain doctor do extra pain injections of my spine because she inflamed the nerve roots along my spine. Also, because of the car accident, I had a whiplash and I informed the technician NOT to push so hard on my neck as it was really painful. She obviously did not listen as within 24 hours I had stingers across my left shoulder. The pain from this echo was with me and had to be treated by my pain doctor and physiotherapist for over two weeks. Yes, I did complain to the cardiologist involved in my care. I wouldn't even give this clinic one star if possible.

They wrote the wrong date on my first appointment sheet. They made a 2nd appointment but they never informed me. Finally I got my 3rd appointment - I checked in and gave the secretary all my info including my heath card. I sat down with 2 other people in the waiting area. Moments later the same girl calls out "Greg something" ...she looks at me and says "you're not Gregg?" I can see how she could be confused ...3 people in wait area (none named Gregg) I go into a room to get my monitor...they explain it all...then I have to sign a receipt for the heart monitor. The name on the receipt is Todd Jones...that is not my name...they scratch it out and put my name. I question them about not knowing my name...they say it's ok now. During the monitor period I check to see if my recordings are being transmitted to the office properly...they say "yes" ...my Dr and I wait months for the results...he gets the results...."no transmissions recorded" They are incompetent beyond belief and a complete waste of time. A pretty sloppy office considering what they do. I just hope Gregg "something" and Todd Jones are receiving the proper treatments...I may have to have someone look into that. Go somewhere else if possible.

they are all pill pushers.....you won't live any longer or get better with chemical pills. .........my father was on 8 pills a day....dead 2 years ago.......
