Food was cold, got a dry wing an a leg with my 2pc, no Ice in drink an had a long wait time.... Not impressed

The fried chicken at the Zehrs hot deli is far superior to the chicken from KFC. Zehrs fried chicken tastes much better, and is spiced better than KFC. Best part is, zehrs is only across the street. It is also faster to get your food at Zehrs. There is virtually no wait time there. Unfortunately the wait time at KFC is similar to Service Ontario on a Monday.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went tonight at 830 and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get my food. (I've waited a half hour once) I get my food and drive home. I open my fry supreme and I have 2 tomatoes and hardly any beef cheese and sour cream on it. It's safe to say this will be the last time I got to this location. You have 6 or 7 people working and you are still messing orders up? Ridiculous... please don't waste your time and money going to this location...

Not even worth a star. Terrible service. Always ridiculous waiting times and even worse they either don't tell you that you have to wait or have you waiting on your order only to come minutes later to tell you that they don't have what you ordered and you have to wait 10 mins for it to be ready and this is the drive thru. Like today. Never coming back here.

Time to pull this franchise. This is the WORST run KFC/ Taco Bell. I've been 4 times in the past year or so for quick weeknight dinners. Each time they've been out of something. Grill's not working, no white meat, no buns. One time they had run out of chicken altogether. Put this place out of its misery already.
