Staff is good . I can walk there from work. There is a wheelchair ramp. Elevator is not required.

The CBI in Kitchener was great! The therapists were very kind and genuine. They answered all my questions clearly, and always explained to me what was going on in my treatment plan. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. The people there take care of you and always give you the best treatment.
