The Annex is an absolute oasis in downtown Kingston. I've gone for a variety of services (massages, waxing, nails) and have only ever had positive experiences.
From the receptionists to the service providers - The Annex team is professional, friendly, and skilled. The Annex experience is only further enhanced by its modern yet warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this Kingston gem!

Always made to feel important. It is the perfect spot for relaxation and friendly faces. Eminence skin care products are the best products I have ever used!

Great chill spa without the boring spa music. Nice staff & ambiance. Only downside is they are quite booked up for massages, but I guess that means they're good & it's benefits year end :)

Heidi does my eyebrows and has saved them! I've had manicures, pedicures, facials and massages from the amazing staff and have never had a bad experience. Excellent service!

I had Heidi for an eyebrow and one arm wax. She was wonderful. Very sweet and didn't look at me like I had 6 heads when I requested a single arm wax (had surgery and the hair grew in weird and patchy) the whole place is gorgeous and so inviting. The smells are also amazing. I wanted one of everything in there. Looking forward to going back :)
