Very bad experience in this place that misleads costumers on their website with offers on massage therapy by "spa therapists" but then they are just spa estheticians, which are not valid for insurance reimbursement. Beware of this situation and always ask before your appointment!

This spa is by far the best spa in Kingston and area!!! Situated in a beautifully historical space with a gorgeous waterfront views, makes your experience extra luxury. This place has a full range of spa treatments and unique spa packages, using naturally-inspired products to meet your needs.
The front desk staff are always so welcoming and all staff is very professional and customer service oriented and will go out of their way to make sure you've a positive experience. Amazing services!! Robes and slippers are provided. It's lovely to sit back, relax and enjoy water views before your services begin.
If you're looking for a few hours to escape and relax this is the place to be. You won't want to leave!!

Such a beautiful location and the staff treat me well. Full service taking my coat and getting me a drink and friendly conversations the whole while. Love the rewards too!

Been here twice for a massage.. first one was very awkward and I wished it was just over with. They gave me a free massage my next visit which was very kind! Was not expecting it.. but my massage was the opposite of my last expereince it was so hard I had bruises and scratches all over my neck and the Middle of my back...
I won't be back.. which is unfortunate because I was really hoping after speaking to such a lovely receptionist that the services would be equally as professional. Very dissatisfied with the massages overall. I've had many before but never have they been so awful and painful!
