Hair stylist did not listen to the way I wanted my hair cut because she “didn’t like that style”. At the end of the hair cut I asked if she had cut it the way I wanted and she said no, took off the cape, and basically forced me off her chair and towards the cash register. I will not be returning.

Went in for a color just to cover a few feet and a little trim and a full leg wax.
I asked for a senior hair dresser.
The girl died my hair from medium brown to jet black. The dye was all over my neck, forehead, and ears. It took me all night to scrub and bleach my skin.
She cut three inches off, (not a trim) and ruined my bangs.
She also thinned out my hair, when I asked for layers. I hesitated and said, oh I have thin hair. But she said it would be fine and she would only do a little.
Next the leg wax, the girl put scolding hot wax on my legs and ripped skin off with the wax. Then half way through she says "all done". And I tell her I booked a full leg, not half. She says she doesn't have time because she thought it was only a half leg and she has another client. I tell her I have a wedding the next day and really need it done. So she fills her eyes and does a really crappy job for the upper leg. Missed patches and kept burning me.
I left in tears.
My sister has also gone here and has had a horrible experience with waxing. Similar story.

Not a good salon to come to if you're looking to have hair extensions done. My stylist ordered the wrong extensions and put them in my hair anyway. He had told me not to go with tape-ins b/c my hair is so thick and went ahead and did it anyway after we agreed on beaded wefts. I was charged $620 all together and I gave a tip. He only spent 20 minutes actually applying the extensions, and didn't put enough in for them to blend properly.
I went to another salon and the stylist told me that my extensions looked horrible and sloppy.
I am now going to another salon to have my hair fixed. I have never written a bad review or spoken badly of any salon or anyone but, this has been an awful experience and a huge waste of money.

I went for laser hair removal - their prices can't be beat!! The staff is what wowed me the most though. They all seem to love their jobs, they're enthusiastic and enjoy helping their customers. I can't wait to go back.

The first thing I was asked when I entered the room was what my background was. The technician made me disrobe and show them my vagina. They then informed me I was too dark to perform laser hair removal on. This happened after I was exposed. The manager laughed at me when I asked for the reason of refusal to perform the treatment in writing, stating that they would not write down what the technician did. The manager did write a letter for me, though refusing to include that particular detail. I will be filing a lawsuit. Nowhere in the pamphlet does it mention that black people will be refused treatment. Now I know.
