As I read through these reviews, I just want to remind people that every clinic has its pros and cons. This clinic is at your service for long hours, seven days a week. Procedure prices are among the most reasonable in the whole Okanagan. I have only had good experiences with this clinic and I have referred many people.

Burtch Animal Hospital alwyas takes excellent care of my two dogs, the staff is amazing AND caring! Some people in this rating section are trying to project her own faults on a very good clinic, which is a shame. If you are indecided, just go there and form your own impression! You will find dedicated veterinary doctors, technicians and assistants!

My daughter recently moved to West Kelowna and needed a vet visit for our 2 dogs as they were not feeling well. I must state we treat our dogs like family and they have regular check ups. She was not allowed in the room for one which is a red flag. Second she could hear our dogs squeal as they had their anal glands espressed, which were just done prior to her move and never heard such a sound come from them :( There were 2 cuts on one of our dogs legs that was bleeding when returned to my daughter which the vet did while shaving some fur back to investigate if there was a rash. The boys still feel under the weather and one now has a very swollen bum. The vet was not friendly to my daughter or welcoming to our dogs. In her view she felt our dogs were comprised emotionally and physically at this appointment. Stay away from this place!!

We had an indoor cat that lived 23 yrs. She lived a very long life but unfortunately went downhill very quickly. Burtch animal hospital was the only place that would take an appointment on a Sunday last minute. They were extremely accommodating and understanding to prevent her suffering any further. Thank You for your kindness!

Have had 2 different dogs we have taken to Burtch Animal Hospital now. The staff are extremely accommodating with weekends, holidays, and evening appointments. Methodical and fair approach to diagnosing any problems/issues with our pets. Very reasonable prices I would recommend them to anyone!
