This office was great to deal with. They were always quick to respond to all of my rediculous questions. When it came to fillings, Trevor always made sure the bite was correct afterwards and as a result I've had no issues with them falling out.

Worst dentist ever. My wife's permanent veneers fell out at dinner after 4 months and 10 appointments trying to get the right fit. "That rarely happens" according to Trevor. Had to have veneers emergency install at another office . Trevor wouldn't even answer calls or texts. 3 weeks later after calls not even a reply. There are a lot of good dentists in Kelowna . Trevor's not one of them.

Such a beautiful office, with amazing staff members. The dentist is truly the best I've seen in many years. Love the complimentary massage and coffee bar. Don't understand the negative review, but I guess not everyone can be happy. They truly make you feel welcome and provide the best of the best! Would highly recommend this office!!

Overall worst experience at a dentist of my life. I'm not trying to be dramatic, and I'm sure there are people who have had and will have a pleasant experience at this office, but my story was anything but pleasant.
I have been using another dentist for years, but decided to follow a recommendation from a friend to try Simply Amazing Smiles as she swore by the place. (and I thought my dentist was retiring as his practice had been sold)
Initially went in for a cleaning which went well (except for the fact that I had to wait at least 45 minutes past my scheduled appt). Massage was nice. Then it got strange. The dentist said I had three small cavities that needed filling. I've only had one or two fillings in my 39 years and hadn't had one for at least 15 years. My last visit to my regular dentist hadn't shown anything awry, so this surprised me. I was suspicious, but he assured me they were just small fillings and he wanted to get a handle on them before they got worse over time. It made some sense, so I went ahead and booked the appointment.
Long story short, from the moment the freezing wore off from having my "cavities" filled, I've been in intense pain off and on...and that was at least two months ago! I lived on constant painkillers for the first few days, then booked a visit to see my regular dentist (who apparently wasn't retiring after all!). He looked at my previous x-rays, as well as the ones the new place took and he basically implied that there were no cavities to fill! Any spots that were on there had been there, unchanged, for years. So I went through all of this for nothing!! An interesting fact to add: I had asked Simply Amazing Smiles from the first visit whether they'd like to see my previous records to compare, but they were like, "no, no, we don't need those". That should have been a huge red flag as if they'd actually cared to see them, they would have noticed the "problem spots" that were probably just a part of my teeth. :-(
I've now had the fillings refilled, but the pain is still off and on. I've had one of the three fillings refilled two more times! I don't know what Simply Amazing did, but it was Simply Horrible.
I've tried contacting them in writing multiple times, but have heard nothing. I phoned as well, but the "friendly staff" were no longer "friendly". It was like a light switch being flipped. Also to note, my regular dentist had a heck of a time getting the records from that visit sent back over...should have been simple, but...hmmm...something to hide perhaps?
Any dentist that has to overshadow actual dentistry with fancy spa packaging may also be a red flag.
All I can say is, use this place at your own risk.
