I've loved every single experience at Gratitude Cafe - and there have been many. Kristi is a wonderful person, who is incredibly genuine, and true to herself. If she's having a rough day, you'll know it, and I love that. We need more real people in this world. I'm personally sick of all of the fakeness - in the restuarant industry in particular. She works so hard, fulfilling every role for this restaurant, and her food is AMAZING! Highly recommended ❤️

Anyone that doesn't like this restaurant or the owner has a bad sense of humour. She is awesome. She is unapologetic and appreciates connecting with REAL people. The food is wholesome and always fresh. Be open minded, go there, get the experience.

Owner is an absolute nightmare and the food is not worth the price. I ordered the pizza (which is $25 btw) and she gave me a list of about 20 toppings and told me to cross off the ones I was allergic to. Well I crossed off about 10 of them because I simply didn't like some of the toppings or want them on top of my pizza (seeds, black beans, zucchini, etc.). When I gave her the list back she yelled at me saying, "I told you not to cross a whole bunch off! What's wrong with zucchini?? You're getting it!!" So she didn't listen to my request at all. She then continued to boast to a different customer about her cooking skills and money the whole time she was cooking (about 30 minutes). She spoke so loudly that I couldn't even hear my boyfriend who was sitting right next to me. She was extremely rude and honestly the food was awful. Will not be going back.

Always excellent food! I love the owner's quirky mannerisms. The pizza is amazing. The fact that she doesn't use soy or any processed ingredients makes the food well worth the price. The newest menu brought back one of my favourite dishes (the lentil veggie curry).
