I was fortunate to have found Cathy Vigar exactly when I needed her. She is always patient and kind and very professional.
Her knowledge of human anatomy and all forms of rehab have enebled her to put my care plan in place and to upgrade it as necessary for optimum treatment.

Cathy Vigar is very knowledgeable, professional , hard working and sincere. I have had instances where she has sent me, after hours, helpful videos related to my treatment.
I highly recommend Cathy because she has demonstrated integrity and a high degree of professional caring.

Shelby has changed my life! I went in with a shoulder that had been causing me so much pain 24/7 and, after a few appointments, left feeling so much better and equipped with the tools I needed to prevent and maintain it. On top of it, we were chatting about my running hobby and fixed my hips! Who knew I could feel so good!

I have been seeing Cathy Vigar for over 7 years for treatment of different injuries and chronic conditions. I love her so much, I referred her to my whole family, whom also have all gone and loved her work. The rest of the staff at Lifemark on Richter are super friendly and accommodating to your chaotic schedules. If you need any type of treatment or have just have that one bum hip or knee or shoulder, this is the place to go in Kelowna!

I regularly see Cathy for physio therapy and David for massage. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm not sure what I'd do without their help. I often arrive with a different issue in my body each week and they are eager to adapt and do what they can to right my body.
The reception staff are polite and helpful, my appointments are always on time, and the clinic is very professional while keeping a light and friendly atmosphere.
I would easily have given 5 stars but the door to the clinic is far too heavy. I'm a wheelchair user and if the door isn't propped open by the reception staff, I have great difficulty getting into the clinic. I've seen many others struggle with walkers and crutches. I believe that the door should be modified with an accessible button to provide access with dignity for all.
I have recommended this clinic to friends and family.
