About 6 months ago, I had injured my foot. I had somehow aggravated a bunion and could barley walk for a week. Helen fit me in quickly and within 2 sessions my foot was better. I continued to see Helen for my other injuries (Hip and Shoulder). I've never experienced such great results from treatment. Not only does Helen take away physical pain, she teaches you how to breath which brings you into a very relaxed state. It helps the body and the emotions. I would recommend seeing her even with no injuries ( just for general well being, prevention, and stress relief).

I have been seeing Helen on & off for close to 17 years. I have come to rely on her wealth of knowledge, professional approach and lovely gentle demeanor. She has treated my multiple injuries with what has come to be an expectation of outstanding results. We have also worked together with her FIVE FACES PROGRAM, which in itself is a little miracle. I highly recommend her treatment whether it be injury related or for the restoration of facial health. I have the greatest respect for Helen and her 'magic sticks'!
