My girlfriend and I had a voucher. I left halfway through my service. I'm not sure this place really wants business as it's cold, the staff want you out of there and it's dirty. I actually thought I was on candid camera and it was a joke.

I had a voucher for a mani/pedi/massage. The WORST on all 3 accounts. My toe was cut and 2 weeks later is still quite sore. I asked for a French mani/pedi and wasn't told until it was done that there was an extra charge for it. The quality of the French was deplorable and one day later I was peeling my nail polish off in full sheets - no need for remover due to the crappy nail polish that they use. Also - it was "getting your nails done" - not a mani/pedi - no massaging of calves, forearms, hands, or feet, no moisturizers. The place was freezing - the employees were dressed in 2-3 layers and when I complained about being cold during my "massage", they tried to upsell me to a hot stone massage to warm me up. The massage was a back rub - not a massage. Then to top it all off, the one person there who spoke the best English had the audacity of telling me how I should be tipping! Will never return.

My sister and I had an awful experience! The ladies spoke very poor english and i could barely understand what she was trying to tell me. I felt man handled with them moving my arms and legs instead of asking me to do so myself. As well we didn't get all for what we paid for, massage felt more like a rub than anything. And lastly when doing the manicure, the woman cut my finger and made me bleed, and didn't even apologize! Never going back!

Find the vietnamese owner to be very pushy.She did my facal and waxed off my small eczematous skin pathches on my face , trying to lift off the dryness....she poked with her nails for my comedones ( black heads , whiteheads) ....when i returned i literally saw her nail marks and my completely blotchy skin ...i had only 2 -3 cm scattered dry patches on my face that had swelled n looked horrible now due to the waxing over them.She doesnt ask for any advice .I felt like sueing her afterwards...thankfully no scars were left.
