3 stars for the good food. The most important thing is that they are understaffed. So if you go on a busy night it's a bit of a wait at the front, once you sit down its a longer wait and if you don't get their attention you may be waiting forever. So 20 minutes in sitting and we still haven't ordered because no one has come by. 40 minutes in and we are still waiting for food. Honestly, a poorly run service but it's a shame because the food is great. Bottom line, don't go during rush hour or meal times.
There'a better options for the same food out there.

Great food. Great SERVICE. I eat here almost every week. Giving 4 stars beacuse the interior could be better. Chairs and tables are covered with an ugly gold like ccover. And a bit of organization in the bar would help.

Hands down the best place for authentic Chinese food in all of Kanata, been there many many times and have received amazing food that is simply delicious.
Majority of the staff here is attentive but not intrusive. One thing that I love about this place is the portion sizes are huge for the price that you would be charged at any other Chinese restaurant. Their small ‘S15’ Coconut sea food soup is enough to over stuff an individual :) Also, it is a best place to go for lunch as they are super-fast with their service.

I've eaten here over 20 times, both dine-in and take out. Always fast, always delicious. Staff are always friendly. Prices are decent for portion sizes.
Only down side: delivery orders require bill amounts of 50$ or more.

I have come here numerous times in the past and every dish has always impressed me and tasted delicious! It is usually a bit busy in the evenings, but getting a table has never been a problem, and they also offer take out as well if you're in a rush. The service could be a little better at times, depending on who is waiting on your table. Overall, it is a nice, relaxed restaurant with reliable quality food - I definitely recommend the pork rice paper wraps!
