I appreciate all the great information. On a couple of occasions I've had concerns, and they were able to fit me in right away for an exam. I always feel like they want the best for my cat, which is the most important thing to me

This is my second review. The first one was also rated 5 stars. All the clinics push their food because it's usually better for your pet. His prices are competitive. He really knows cats. To save your pet, Dr. Sandy is where you need to take it.

If you want to pay exorbitant bills for very little care, this is the right place. I have a family member who was homeless and attempted suicide with carbon monoxide. The cat was affected. The Cat Hospital agreed to take in the cat on Friday afternoon because the SPCA was full, so far so good. Then they slapped a homeless, mentally ill person with a $520 bill AFTER dumping the cat at the SPCA and keeping its carrier. A reasonable bill would not have been an issue, but $73 "illness care", "$209.50 after hours fee" "$76 x-rays" $25.50 "blood pressure" $108 boarding, was what they billed, including a discount of 33 cents!!! What the heck is the "illness care and "after hours fee " for if taking blood pressure costs an extra $25.50? Once we found out where the cat was (not because they checked its microchip, they didn't bother), and let them know we would come get it, they dumped it at the SPCA anyway, before we could come pick it up and pay the bill. When I asked them what they did to treat her, they said it was fine and didn't need much care, so then when I questioned the high bill, they said it was because of the after hours charge. I guess in this office Friday afternoon is "after hours" and blood pressure isn't included in an "illness examination". Not impressed at all!!
