Was disappointed in the service I received today. Starter was heavily over salted, and lukewarm at best. This was after waiting 30 minutes for it. Poor communication between staff was apparent, and the mistakes were blamed on a larger table. We left before our food finished because we weren't about to hear anymore excuses- or receive anymore supbar food.
The good news is however, we went to Red Robins Kamloops after and happily spent our money there. Experienced fantastic service and speedy, hot and fresh food.

Nice place.
This is a multi milestone kinda place.
1. Milestone to get cold food in under two hours
2. Milestone to get the waitress to come back to the table to remove cold food.
3. ..... been here for two hours and still waiting for hot fresh food
Dollar value to Food quality and service.
I recommend going to a different Restaurant

Had the fish taco dip. It was very flavorful. It was warm same as fries. Must have been in the chef's window for a while. Tasted great but not really hot.

Amazing food & service. The General Manager Robert was very friendly and helpful. He is Awesome. Love the patio. Would highly recommend this place to all people. 5 stars.
