I had dinner and drinks here. Both were well made. It's just that entrees do take a while to come but they taste great when they do arrive. The vibe here is great too!

My fist visit in Kamloops. I was greated by a friendly host. Ate by myself as I travel a lot for work. Waitress informed me of their drink specials and was also very friendly. Ordered an 8 ounce steak, requested medium rare. The steak came medium well done. Informed the waitress and she was very apologetic. Took it back to the kitchen and offered me some fries while I wait for them to cook my food again. A minute later the manager Cody came to apologize for the mistake. Took care of my dinner on the house! What amazing customer service! Everyone was sympathetic and really went over and beyond my expectation. So impressed, i had to get them a Starbucks gift card to show how much i appreciate staff that actually care about their customers. Will visit again next time I'm in town!

The server, Rebecca, was amazing. Couldn't ask for better service. A+. But the prices are horrible. $10 for a glass of beer. It not craft beer brewed in small batches; it's draught. And $15 for a chicken Caesar then you play "find the dried up chicken". Seriously, Wendy's does a better salad for $8.
