The Staff is personable, caring and friendly and Dr. Koch is a gem of a Doctor. They go above and beyond Chiropractic care and I am so very thankful for the wonderful services they provide!

Excellent! I've been a patient at Koch Spine Centre for over 5 years, and always receive excellent care from Dr. Roberta Koch and staff.

Dr. Coch is great .she treated myself and my family, and still. The only problem is her receptionist Marian doesn't treat us nicely because she wrote my first name of my wife as the first letter only, and the insurance company didn't accept it. When we asked her to change it she behaved rudely, and she wrote on the next receipt duplicated ; which was not acceptable as well to the insurance.
The five stars for Dr. Coach not for her receptionist

I have NEVER met a more enthusiastic, caring group of health care workers in one place. I have been attending Koch & Associates since June, 2015 but this was not my first referral to a Chiropractic/Physiotherapy. I was originally referred to a different centre, where I felt much less than worthy of their services. The professionalism and top-notch care afforded me here at Koch Centre is beyond what I ever thought myself to be worthy of. THANK YOU, Koch & Associates.
