If you don't mind heights this is a great workout. Wide stairs so you can easily pass people and a great view from the top.

A really great & safe place to run stairs, theirs no traffic interface, also theirs a bike path in between the stairs. Out of all the stairs in Hamilton these Kenilworth ones are the BEST! ^_^
