5 star for sure! Iv used 3 different RMTs here and they are all amazing! All highly skilled RMTs. They have chiro, yoga studio and other therapists too. Very professional and friendly place.

Love the Yoga space here, great lighting, good vibes. A nice range of yoga classes! The people who practice yoga here are so down to earth and friendly :)

I have been getting regular massage treatments from Michelle McDowell for over two years. She is a true professional and knows her business (and muscles) well. I believe that my health has been enhanced through massage and I feel better physically and emotionally because of her treatments. I can certainly highly recommend Michelle, as well as the entire massage and yoga aspects of this business. Each of their therapists or coaches is friendly and professional and they have been reassuring to work with. Their facilities are also top notch and comfortable.

After struggling with pain and immobility in my low back and hip for several years, I was extremely grateful to be introduced to Jodie and Stacy at Evolve.
Starting with Jodie, who was able to pin point the issue and use massage therapy to work through my injuries, I was able to get the most relief I ever had exhausting many other methods of treatment. Jodie was very informative and gave me tons of knowledge on how to help myself between sessions that would benefit the healing process. To further my treatment, Jodie recommended I see Stacy for chiropractic care. Between the two of them over a short time I started being able to have more mobility and range of motion than I had in a very long time. Stacy educated me on exactly what was happening in my body and how to prevent further damage and provided me with tips to help myself.
I would recommend these girls who exhibited both professionalism and personalities that allowed me to feel very comfortable.

I won't rate this place even a star. This place is super unprofessional and VERY VERY VERY RUDE! I called to say I wanted a massage due to my stress of having kidney stones alongside of having pain due to that. I was recommended by the doctor to go for massage therapy to lessen the stress and I explained to the receptionist my circumstances and they explained that it was fine. They booked me with Tina never get booked with her she than told me she didn't wanna massage what I asked cus I had kidney stones and I than changed my time to 30 min to try it out she told the receptionist that she felt uncomfortable where they behind my back emailed the owner to explain she didn't want me as a client cus she was uncomfortable with the issues I had explained instead of telling me that she massaged me anyways doing what she what she wanted and talked my ear off for the whole 30 minutes and I asked her id like to be relaxed meanwhile she wouldn't stop talking about her life and stresses and totally stressed me out. I wasn't there to hear about her stresses . I was paying to relieve mine? TINA LIED TO THE OWNER SAID SHE NEVER TALKED WHOLE WAY THROUGH AND SAID SHE MASSAGES WHAT I WANTED. The parlour is saying I'm lying and that she is telling the truth! They would rather be rude to customers than be nice. I was told that the owner would call me back and than when I called they said she was busy all day and would call when it best suited her but pretty much they aren't paying me back or giving me a complimentary massage. Basically doing nothing. I will be posting my experience to my YouTube so other people don't go to Tina or this salon.
