I first got a quote through insurance hotline, and the cheapest quote was with Zenith Insurance, through KTX brokers. And signed up, a month and a half before my current policy ends. Sept 1 2017, broker sent copy of Insurance card, but received nothing from Zenith Insurance, infact I called and they didnt know who I was or any other info. I was a ghost. Has anyone ever work with Craig Noggas?

I had read all reviews before I wrote mine.
My experience was totally different.
I started my research through Kanetix and had called a few companies before I called KTX Insurance.
They provided me the best quote and were prompt and professional.
I want to thank Cara for her help and attitude!

Worst experience ever. Every single time I call they don't care and lie. They also mixed up and told me a few months after I got a new policy that the documents were mixed up and I wasn't being insured for the previous two months. And asked if I had had any claims in those months. How can an insurance company do this!? Worst company ever.

Beware of them, I called them for insurance quota on Monday and update all the information they need at Tuesday. After that, no call back, no email, always leave message, and now it's been two weeks. I don't even know what they are doing. Had the same experience last year when updating my mom's insurance. Same bad experience but different agent.. File the complain through their website. Same thing, no reply. They don't care. I need to care about myself if I was involved in the accident and I can't imaging I get no answer when I need insurance. So THANK YOU but NO. I really want to give them no star but this is not an option.
