Stanhope Simpson Insurance Ltd. is an amazing company. We have been working with them for the last 28 years. Gary and Paula and the crew there are always available to answer any questions or concerns we have. We highly recommend Stanhope Simpson Insurance and we will continue to work with them.

I have had nothing but excellent service since I first called to look for tenant insurance with Stanhope Simpson Insurance. I began calling around to different Insurance Brokers and companies before I moved to Halifax a month ago, and Scott Conrad at Stanhope Simpson was the first insurance broker who actually took the time to call me back, follow up with any questions I had, and give me thorough details on the insurance itself. After I moved here, I needed car insurance, and despite a last minute request to get all the paperwork done, he was diligent, patient, and approachable. I highly recommend it here - they genuinely care about the service they give to their customers.

I was looking to purchase insurance for a new vehicle I was in the process of purchasing, came across Stanhope Simpson and have had excellent service. I am a first time insurance purchaser and instead of waiting for me to ask questions they provided me with the full spectrum of information, and answered the many additional questions I had. When meeting to sign documents they went over everything line by line explaining what everything was, what all coverage I had and the process I would take to receive my vehicle and insurance. Overall an excellent experience, highly recommended and a wonderful group of kind, caring individuals that see you as a person, and not just a number! Fantastic!
