My ArchWay broker, Matt Summers got me an amazing deal given my unique circumstances with regards to Auto-insurance. Matt was beyond pleasant, respectful, and diligent. Whoever Matt's boss is should give him a raise at their next available opportunity! Great rates and true professionalism. Congrats to the ArchWay Halifax team!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Both MYRNA SMELTZER and TERRANCE RILEY are incompetent and unprofessional when it comes to providing service and the opposite when it comes to taking your money. It started with TERRANCE RILEY who provided misleading information from the beginning, which led to unnecessary termination of my policy. When it came to making the payment, TERRANCE was on top HARASSING me email after email, but when I needed information, he was completely LAZY and INCOMPETENT. When I asked questions, he STOPPED responding.
So I spoke with MYRNA SMELTZER, the account manager, hoping she might be of help. To my disbelief, her service was HORRENDOUS to say the least. She refuse to provide me copies of many of my documents, which I'm entitled to. She put me on HOLD FOR 1 HOUR!!!! When I called again, she HUNG UP, without provocation.
It was due to the incompetence of ARCHWAY INSURANCE's MYRNA SMELTZER and TERRANCE RILEY that my policy was terminated and both refused to take responsibility. Their behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL, COWARDLY, and IMMATURE.
I have emails which proof their incompetency and irresponsibility. Anyone is welcome to contact me so I can show their true colors!!!

I have dealt with Archway Insurance for the last few years (5 yr maybe) and I deal with what I think is the most pleasant person whom I have yet to deal with in the insurance industry. She seems to bend over backwards to make sure my needs are met and that I receive the most competitive rate out there. Last spring when our house was damaged by a nor'ester she was available afterhours and had the adjuster out the next day or so to evaluate the damage and she was asking questions all the time as to whether we were happy with how the restoration was going. She seemed very concerned that our needs were met. I think Heather M is the most effective and direct insurance agent that I have dealt with and I hope I have the pleasure of dealing with her for many years to come.
