I am transgender, I need a weekly injection of Testosterone which I acquired LEGALLY through a legitimate endochronologist. Doctor was VERY rude to me when I went in for my injection. She asked me inappropriate questions and accused me of illegally acquiring my medicine. My vial of Testosterone has my legal name on it and comes from a legitimate pharmacy. Will not be returning ever, and will be spreading the word to avoid.

I showed up clearly having a mental breakdown. Said they weren't taking anymore patients which I understand it was 8pm. Asked of any other clinics that would still be open instead got a list of other clinics they had but she didn't know what hours they were open. Would never go here again. Receptionist was not interested in helping at all.

Went to clinic because one of my ears was blocked with ear wax. Their website clearly states that any of their physicians can do an ear syringe (with a $20 fee). I also clearly stated that this was what I was there for when I signed in at the reception desk. I waited for an hour to see a doctor who claimed that she "doesn't do syringing". Why would they have me wait an hour for something that they knew they wouldn't be able to help with? Why is one of their doctors outright refusing to perform a service that their website clearly states they can do? I suspect they are more interested in forcing people through to cheat the government out of more billing, and are too lazy to do anything that involves more than 60 seconds of effort.

Not the first time I've had a similar experience with this clinic. They are basically outright useless.

Doctors are great, however the front desk receptionists could learn a lesson or two on politeness. My wife and I arrived shortly after noon one day and when we approached the front desk, we were rudely ordered to take a seat by one receptionist, after 15 minutes of waiting another receptionist approached us asking us why we were waiting as the clinic closed at noon for lunch. My question is, why not tell us from the get go? What was the purpose of us waiting?

Waited for 1 hour to see a doctor for follow up on swab test given I was exposed to bacterial strep throat and showing symptoms. They said the results would be back in 40 hours, so I came back 2 days later and the doctor either is hard of hearing or just enjoyed yelling at me. He said I have a fever, and that Strep throat is "no big deal" and to come back tomorrow. I'm also pregnant.
