The drink menu is large, and I'm not sure how is organized, so you'll need to take your time. The drinks are a little pricey, but they are delicious. I had a grown up hot chocolate that tasted like a warm hug. The atmosphere is decent, felt a little austere, not much, or that crowded. I mean there could be more tables stuffed in there but there isn't. I would go for the experience, and good drinks. It's a mellow atmosphere, great for a drink with the girls in a low key way.

Drinks, dessert, and service from our server/bartender were all awesome! It was our first time there but we'll definitely be back!

The place is nice inside and seemed like it had decent desserts and drinks. However I wouldn't know because the service was so poor. We got in and waited for a seat to open up, which was no problem. Once we found a spot it was over 20 minutes before any staff acknowledged us - and we had to get up and get their attention. After the server said she will be back with water, that took another 20 minutes. We had to track our server down to order our dessert. We ended up ordering 1 sundae, which we never even received after another 45 minutes of waiting. We eventually gave up and just left.
I understand that they were busy but that was really handled poorly. It's unfortunate because I had heard pretty good things but won't be back because of this.

Overrated. The desserts are pretty good if not unnecessarily large. The cocktail menu is huge and poorly organized by virtue of them trying to make it meticulously organized (the same cocktail is listed in multiple categories). The biggest issue is the service, or rather the complete lack thereof. I'm always willing to give a place a second chance but on both visits the service was terrible. Drinks were very slow to arrive and it took forever for the staff to followup. Definitely would not recommend this place unless you have a high tolerance for waiting around.

Some of the finest desserts in Halifax with a wide array of everything sweet, skillfully crafted and elegantly presented. We had the chocolate lava cake (molten chocolate cake) and cheese cake both were decadent and satisfying. I am by no means a big dessert fan but this place really hits the spot. The decor was nice as was the atmosphere (very dim and romantic), floors were a bit sticky (wonder why). Great place for desserts (or even a light snack).
