This was a good place a year ago. Since that employee left service sucks. Employees don't care and it shows.

Bad subway location - DO NOT VISIT!! The guy that owns this subway is very very cheap and tries to use as little toppings as possible to save money. He also keeps the toppings there no matter how stale till he can use them on sandwiches. He gives you only one napkin and tries to avoid people paying with debit and Credit so he can save on fees. Subway should throw this owner out of the franchise as he gives them a bad name.

The same Italian BMT I get at other Subway places was not good here, with the taste a bit off. Customer service wasn't anything pleasant either, no smiles, no greetings.

I was calling to make an order for my family for pick up option, and had to repeat more than twice for EVERYTHING I SAID. Also I wasn't able to finish my order complete cause they said that there is a customer that needs attention to. ?? I thought I was a customer and thought I'd be dealt with for placing the whole order. BUT NO!! Now I have to drive there and still place to more orders that didn't get taken on the phone. I was trying to save time and hassle of waiting in line. This has never Happened to me at Other food place. UNREAL!! I might write another review after I finally get to eat to let you all know how it turned out. Good luck everyone that goes there. Take care
