I highly recommend going here. Describing it in a review won't do it justice. You just have to experience it for yourself. They have a cinema and e-bar too.

The bookshelf is a really cool complex. You can watch a movie, have a meet and greet with authors and podcasters, buy books, have a coffee at the cafe or get a drink at the bar all under one roof! It's downtown anchors like the bookshelf that give Guelph such a unique and pleasant community.

A great part of the community. A nice place to spend some time. Staff are smart and helpful. They have a large selection of good merchandise, cards and books. Good spot to find gifts.

Best patio in Guelph. Great food and daily food/drink deals. The bookstore isn't going to have the same selection as indigo in the mall but at least you are supporting the community
