I went to Erin's Step Class this morning and it was a great cardio workout. Erin is a great instructer. Makes everything "kind of " easy. For a guy with two left feet I had a great workout.

The classes are great; as are the instructors. The ladies at the front desk know me and greet me by name, which is phenomenal. Warm, inviting atmosphere and a wonderful place to get some exercise or yoga.
