What an absolute nightmare this place is. I had to go there three times to get a prescription I've been on since 1995. I lost over 3 hrs of work and at the end of it all they gave me the wrong prescription. I highly recommend going somewhere else. The clinic is paid by how many patients they see and this is quite obvious. I'm going to be launching a formal complaint with an health services about this clinic

Book my appointment over the phone. Register at the front desk. Half hour before my time. Still waiting till closing time. Worse thing is i am not in the list. Patiently..waited and nurses put me right away to be check by last remaining doctor of the day.. no harm done but time are wasted.. At the end of the my day.. still have to thank you the nurses and the doctor.. Again.. thank you..

Reception was very polite and helpful!!! Answered every question I had. Was brought in very quickly, the nurse was the nicest lady I've ever met, she brought me to the room I needed to be in and not long after, the doctor came to see me; who was also very polite and helped me with everything I needed. Best service I've ever got at a clinic, very polite and prompt service! Extremely satisfied with my visit

This has got to be one of the worst clinics ever! They say that they care about patients, but they lie to patients and discriminate against them. If you are a victim of chronic pain, 99% of the doctors refuse to treat you and immediately dismiss you from their practice. They have zero consideration for patient concerns or medical needs. The administration staff are generally two-faced, lying, conniving, backstabbing bi***es. Fair warning, go somewhere else for treatment. They don't even answer phones anymore!!!!!

The receptionists here are one of a kind, they got me a doctor within seconds, call me for followups and are very genuine. I am very glad to be going here, never had such an amazing doctors office :) Highly recommended.
