I wasn’t going to do a review but here goes. Went in about a month ago. Showed the girl a picture. She hacked 4 extra inches off even though I told her I wanted to be able to tie it up still. My hair was to my bra strap, now it’s above my shoulders. In a month not one soul has said good hair cut. It looks like a 70s shag. I’ve gone to 3 hair dressers since. None can fix it because it’s too short. My own hairdresser said it’s also uneven. For this mess she charged me 50 bucks. The picture showed the hair cut to fall under, it’s cut so bad it sticks out all over. This from a “senior stylist “ It’s so bad that when my husband saw it he appoligized for encouraging me to try a new place instead of going to my girl. Sorely disappointed....

The owner called and listened to me patiently and was very understanding and offered me a refund. She was very professional. I’d give the owner 5 stars on her people skills.

Vibrant Salon & Spa is always so welcoming.The staff there are all friendly. I personally go see Kristen for my hair and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Everytime I go there I am happy when I leave. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

My girlfriend took our son there for a hair cut. The hair cut took 15 minutes and cost $29.60. The website says $16 depending on experience of the hair dresser. We got a 4 star hairdresser but our son doesn't have a 4 star hair cut. If we would have got a 1 star hair dresser it would have been $5 dollars cheaper which still leaves you with a hair cut over $20.

My girlfriend has been going to Vibrant salon since the day it opened and has always been very happy with the services she has received. The staff there are very professional and take pride in their work. Her hair color and manicure look great every time. I would recommend this salon.

Do NOT go to this salon.
They completely ruined my wife's wedding hair and all of her bridal party. My wife literally had to SHOWER after the salon and have a different place curl her hair.
Completely unprofessional. Could not do a simple french twist on regular long straight hair for a bridal party member. Could not do simple curls on my wife's hair.
Stay far far far away.
Do NOT go to this salon.
