I called to make an appt. for a manicure. I had never been here before and thought I would check it out. Worst decision ever! They were booked up (which is fine) but the lady I was speaking with on the phone was so incredibly rude!!!! At that point I just said I would go to Avalon and her words were "Good luck with that". Seriously? So glad they were booked up and I didn't go. Sticking to Avalon or anywhere else for that matter.
