The UNB Fredericton Summer Hotel is located on the UNB campus. The campus is on a hill so outside terrain is a bit hard to get by. The rooms are very decently sized and come with two single beds, two mirrors and two desks. May not look much but is definitely better than what most campuses offer. Bathrooms are generally clean and are cleaned by the cleaning staff every other morning. It is also located near the McConnell Meal Hall so getting food is easy.

Friendly staff, free wifi, and rooms that are a good price for the size though they are a bit bare. It is located on a hill so you will have to walk up and down the hill if you want to go anywhere you're not driving to.

Good place to sleep.
We stayed in a double room here on our way out of the Maritimes.
Nothing fancy, but the room was cheap and clean. Reasonably comfortable mattress, pretty bad pillows. Bathrooms (shared) were clean. Free WiFi. Halls were quiet.
Did not stay late enough the next morning to have the complimentary breakfast, but assuming it's of reasonable quality, it's a nice touch that not many places have for the price we paid.
Desk staff were extremely well organized and friendly.
This is a well-run summer university hotel outfit. As with all university residence hotels, you don't go with expectations of anything fancy, and the prices reflect that. Very good after a long day of driving.

pretty cheap place to sleep in a room to yourself. it's a typical university dorm room from the 60's. if you are looking for a room and comfy bed to yourself, i'd recommend this.
downside, not very environmentally friendly. if you care about the environment, don't stay here. they have a long way to go and many things need to change. breakfast was full of plastic cups, plates, forks etc. would recommend getting dishes a great start to reduce waste. i could complain about a few other things, but you get what you pay for.

I stayed here for SOAR and it was a good time, not too busy but there's still lots to do on campus. Would recommend this to a friend
