The wait time for scheduled appointments is extremely unprofessional. I have waited with my 7 year old for over an hour for two of his appointments and just under an hour for another one. I was offered no apology when he was finally seen for his appointments. I was also treated rudely by the women at the front desk when I questioned how much longer the wait would be and when I questioned one of the bills regarding one of the fees listed. I will not return to this dental office again.
