My favorite pub, hands down! Best selection of local everything! Beer, cider, food, mead. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great new menu, friendly staff. It also has a great beer selection although servers can't offer much insight into the beer. This spot is a Fredericton classic with a central location and a decent view of a high traffic area on one side and a half view of the river on the other. The James Joyce is located in a hotel but it's more than just a hotel restaurant.

I can't recommend this place high enough. Excellent craft beer selection as well as house made cocktails. Everything on the menu is excellent. Slightly more costly than average but we'll worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Recently visited for the 1st time and it definitely won't be the last time! Great service, great local beer and the food was tasty (and there was lots of it). The server made great recommendations and was quick and attentive.

They understand what craft beer is and have a wide selection. Food is good and moderately priced. The decor is new world idea of what an English or Irish pub is.
