we've been coming to St. Francis Pet Hospital for years, when Dr. Carol owned it sold her practice to Dr . Bal. wonderful service and staff. our Sheldon ended up with a blockage. he's had them before, had a surgery but sadly they came back. it was time to say goodbye and give him a pain free goodbye and end his pain. The staff here were wonderful, gave us all the time we needed, explained the whole process, booked us in right away when the office would be empty for our privacy during this difficult time. The cost was very reasonable as well. we will continue to come back here for our other pets needs.

I have to express my heartfelt gratitude to the people at St. Francis. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to put two of my cats down, both times at St. Francis. Each time the doctor and the techs working we're so incredibly compassionate, kind and understanding. They let us do things on our terms, spend as much time with our fur babies and give us the closure we need to get through such a difficult process. Thank you so much, it means everything to have our last moments with our loved ones be so meaningful.

We are new (within 1 year) clients to St Francis being a new pet owner to a spunky small breed and a resident of this area. We love it here and have placed our faith and confidence in all of Billie's pet care (from puppy vaccinations, spay, travelling to other countries with a pet and general care) with all of the staff at St Francis who have all been wonderful, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable!
