Took the critters to Ottewell vet. Don't know if I'll go back there. They are expensive and they made me feel rushed the entire time I was there. The vet was nervous enough about checking my cat's teeth that she jumped when my cat turned her head. My cat has never bitten anyone. Other vets have always been able to look without a problem even though my cat didn't like it. After the basic touch check of my dog (feeling her belly and such), my dog was so nervous that she was shaking. The vet chose to try to give a vaccine in the front leg of my 6lb dog. She even tried a few times with my dog screaming with each attempt. Poor girl had such a sore front leg even though the vaccine was finally injected in the back leg. After the needles I reminded the vet to give cookies and loves so that the puppy was feeling better about the encounter. I saw the Dr who is about to go on mat leave, I was so overwhelmed with feeling rushed that I didn't catch her name.

I could not be happier with this place. Its clean, organized and the staff are very helpful. The vets are wonderful, they make every experience there personal. I will always go here.

I have been a client of this clinic for 20 years when Milton Ness was still the principle veterinarian. Since his sudden passing the new owners have taken over and done a great job. The clinic moved and was totally built new. Management is very diligent with follow ups and staff is very sensitive to our needs. We own 5 dogs and multiple cats and all of our furrey family has been in to see the Vets at Ottewell numerous times. Always know what to expect and Doctor Muzyka has always accommodated our needs. We live out of town and she makes a special effort to see out critters first thing in the mornings so we don't have to do as much driving. Nothing but good things to say about Ottwell Animal Clinic.

I have been taking my two dogs to Dr. Barb Muzyka at Ottewell Vet for many years now. It is definitely a personal experience each time we go. Dr. Muzyka is very kind and personable to both of my dogs and my family every visit. I never feel like she is rushing us or quick to assess. She takes her time and absolutely understands the value and love I have for my two little guys.
The rest of the staff is lovely as well. All so personal! No matter if I have called with a last minute concern or a regular check up needed, they always try their best to get me in right away. I appreciate that so much!
Other individuals in my family take their furry family members to this clinic as well. All of them are very happy to be apart of this clinic and it's members!

They are AMAZING. Here it is about the animal and not trying to ruin you financially. My mastiff furbaby crossed the rainbow bridge December 7, 2016 and they were incredible. Supportive and understanding. I highly recommend them.
