Newly renovated front entrance and new exam rooms coming soon. Karen Jodi and Joanne at the front end are the greatest. Open late during the week and open on Sat.

My first experience here was when my dog who had run away was hit by a car near this vet, and a good samaritan brought my husky in to them, minutes before their closing time. They made great effort to get ahold of me, and stayed open late to let me come and visit my dog. They then walked with me through the process of treatment, and the receptionists, techs and vets were all patient, compassionate, and very caring for my pup. I switched from my previous regular vet after that experience and have been very happy with them ever since for all check ups and vaccinations. Great service, knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, almost no wait times, and I feel me and my pups are valued when we come here.

Awesome place to bring your pet. The vet doctors are really great with your pet and the front counter staff are wonderful. Highly recommend it.

I'm giving two stars instead of one for one reason: several weeks ago I had my cat rushed in with a blocked bladder from crystals. The staff got him in that morning, and kept him overnight with several calls to me to let me know how he was doing. The bill was just over $1300. I was told I need to keep buying him special food to prevent any further issues like that one.

Today, I went to grab his more food on my lunch hour, spent a realistic 15-20 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge that I was even there while they chatted to each other with their Starbucks and contemplated taking the afternoon off. I am very frustrated that a single client waiting for some help to get food for her beloved animal, while being the only client in the storefront, was not at least told that someone would be with me shortly, or at all. Even more frustrated that when another person walked in and walked straight to the counter, they were greeted with a smile, and started a conversation with reception immediately.

While I am grateful that my cat was rushed immediately into surgery, I will not be revisiting the clinic any time soon for my future pet needs.

EDIT: I was called by the office manager (same day) who apologized for the experience, asked me how my feline was holding up since his surgery, and offered some free food for him if I wanted to pick it up. She was very nice and personable, and went above and beyond what I expected. I sincerely appreciate the follow up, thank you.
