Wide variety of products and reasonable prices. The staff is always willing to help you find something. A great choice for supplements. Check out Earth's Aromatique, another great store inside Optimum Health, for some great selections of tea.

Very nice, clean, well stocked store with helpful staff. This is not a bare bones bargain store so expect retail prices, but they have a large, quality selection and a helpful, friendly staff so that's what you're paying for.
