Very unimpressed with the receptionist, had to call 3 times to get a confirmation of insurance after they had made an error on the spelling of the name, definitely would not recommend.

Staff was rude and arrogant, I only asked 2 questions and I had enough of their rudeness , the deal she sent me in the e-mail wasn't great either, decided to go elsewhere.

Worst company ever. Provided information to cancel insurance on two vehicle's and they didnt cancell it and now 6 months later they send me a new policy with the vehicle's i cancelled still on policy refuse to refund payments made. Do not use this broker. I wish i could put a quarter star. Rude no customer service and can not take there own mistakes into consideration. This place should be shut down

I could not be any happier with Blazer Insurance . My truck was stolen from Edmonton taken to Peace River country and burnt to the ground .
Since moving back to Edmonton less than 1 year ago. I have noticed any customer related industry has gone to hell. Nobody cares.
This was definitely not the case with Blazer Insurance.
All my questions, concerns , rental car as well as a payout where promptly taken care of by my broker agent Marla Walker.
Her coordination on my behalf with Intact Insurance's agent was professional and prompt .
Blazer Insurance has earned a customer for life.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, not sure if that is the staff at fault or the entire company went down the drain...
I just recently cancelled my policy with these guys simply due to their attitude and means of ripping people off, they were about $70 dollars per month more expensive than other local company in Edmonton on the exact same policy... The company staff was rude and impossible to work with, it was a complete straggle for her to answer any of my questions, and upon every question I asked I was confronted with a reply to stop arguing with her lol... Doing business with these guys is called ARGUING... So I cancelled my policy and went with Morgex and I will save myself roughly $840 per year on the exact same policy... Where other insurance company give you discount for insuring a secondary vehicle , Blazer added 25% extra cost to existing vehicle policy and then tried to rip me off on the new vehicle policy. Asking to insure a town house was impossible, you would have to argue for hours with the local agent and then be presented with a ridiculous quote...
I strongly recommend to shop around before you sign off with Blazer.
My experience was horrible and I hope not to ever deal with them again...
