After getting various insurance premium quotes on a new vehicle from other insurance brokerages, I advised a few of the dealerships I was inquiring with that I wouldn't be able to go ahead with a new vehicle purchase due to the cost. Four different dealerships referred me to Berk Bilgen Insurance, and I could not believe the cost savings I received.. It was unbelievable.. this company literally works magic. poor customer service. no call backs. don't respond to emails. been with them for 3 years and my insurance quote was $130 more a month than one I received elsewhere for BETTER coverage.

Jill was beyond helpful. I bought a vehicle from another city and she helped me with the entire process. From whether I get the vehicle insured asap or wait until it's in the city. She made sure to accommodate my Drivers Training discount and found a great rate for me! She was even sure to send me a schedule of when all my payments would be due! Fantastic customer service, and awesome response time!

I dealt with Berk Bilgen for a number of years while in automotive sales, always fast, efficient, and friendly service. Over a year since the last time I needed anything for insurance, I called in and talked to reception to leave a message for a business policy question. Not long after, Paul called me back and asked for some more details, did some research, and ultimately recommended we review what we need in order to make 100% sure we got the right coverage for our insurance. It's odd to me that all insurance companies are not like this, but it also heavily reinforces why I will go to and refer to Berk Bilgen all the time.
