Wow. How far they have fallen. Needs new energy and management. Staff morale ..... so low. Cleanliness 2/10. Bed quality...the bed bugs choose the baseboards.

Nice place!! Would be a bit nicer if the security chain on our door wasn't broken when we checked in and if the bathroom vent wasn't caked in dust.

We had a private dining room for our large dinner party. It was great because we could close and actual door and my toddler could get up and walk around without us having to worry about interrupting anyone.

I was here for a hiring session for a potential job and it took place in the Wildrose room in the back. The room was clean, and coffee, tea, and water were provided on a nicely presented table. The room felt older but clean and well kept. The lobby is very interestingly decorated, but I had no issues. I would come here again if needed.

Probably better to AVOID this place... We came down to ask if the tap water was potable and the employee at the front desk told us they didn't really know but that they would advise against it since employees never drink from it! The employee said that we could instead buy bottled water (great job on sustainability btw)... We then spoke to a manager about the water but she also had no idea and basically said that it was up to us to risk it or not.
How can one morally and legally run a hotel business without knowing if the water is safe to drink???
The hotel is close to the train and bus station, which is nice.
