I recently had my wedding reception here. The person in charge of coordinating my event was inept and there were mistakes made. If it wasn't for the amazing banquet team we would have been short an entire table and missing spots at other ones. The food was delicious and the banquet staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were super nice, attentive and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfy and perfect. Will be staying here again.

Will never be back to this hotel, there was a guy named Ahmed who has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He couldn’t understand a word I was saying, mistook me saying “I will come SPEAK to you to your face” as “I will spit in your face” and threatened to call the cops while yelling at me on the phone? They need people who can speak and understand English. Not some foreigners with no customer service experience. He is giving this brand a bad name and I feel sorry for the people who hired him. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED BY A MAN WHO DOESNT EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

I am a person don't ever write any complains. But in this case, I sincerely feel mistreated by the night security person and never felt so disappointed on a hotel staff. He is very unprofessional and rude. I understand it is his job to keep the place in order, however, he does not need to be savage about it. To top it off, the hotel decides to take the words from security and charge us extra money without any consents. No follow up from the hotel managers after we filed multiple complains. If you ever want to get robbed, please feel free to stay at this hotel. I am sure you will get a surprised bill at the end.

Attached a wedding at the ballroom. In terms of goal service, the chefs and good staff were very nice and welcoming. The layout of the tables were well done and place was clean. The outside looked a bit older but inside was nice. The using lot has a word curb with a corner sticking out which dented the car. Although the driver could do their part it was unexpected
