1- Money hungry, ask for unnecessary things, pre-bill insurance without need
2- They broke one of my healthy teeth in process of fixing something else ! if you cant use a tool and you need 4 times to put it in , it is better not to use it other than having to make my gums bleed and dig a hole in another healthy tooth then till me it was already broken before !
to clarify: the clamp used to hold the rubber dam fell 3 times and I was bleeding before they even started, and then it was too tight when it fell the first time it broke part of the tooth ! when I said I felt pieces of it broken, I was told it was already broken before I came in !!!!!!!
3- had to go to fix irregular filling 3 times !
4- I think they are either still teaching some of the dentists / assistants or they are super unprofessional !
5- I still have a hole in my once healthy tooth !

I have been a long time patient at this location, however it underwent a change in dentists over the last couple years. I will no longer be a patient here.
During my first visit with the new dentist he tried to talk me in to having a crown put on one of my upper front teeth, which had a root canal when I was 16 due to a sports injury. The tooth is totally fine and never causes me issue, other than being slightly discolored. He gave no good reason as to why it needed a crown.
During that same visit, he also remarked that I should consider a crown on one of my molars, as the filling and/or tooth was cracked or something. When I returned for my next checkup and to have that looked at, the old dentist took my appointment, and remarked that the filling was fine and he didn't see any big cause for concern. We decided to just re-do the filling to be on the safe side, but even that was likely not necessary.
During my next visit with the new dentist, he again tried to talk me in to a crown on the molar that had just been re-filled a year or so ago. That was enough for me to decide it was time to look elsewhere for a dentist that does not try to push unnecessary procedures on patients.
Not a horror story by any means, but I felt it was unethical behavior. I want my teeth looked at by a medical professional. Not the equivalent of a used car salesman.
