Great experience. I came in and was helped immediately and they allowed me to choose the products I felt was best for me. I did not feel like I was pressured, they also reminded me of my points so that I could get some of my purchases for free.

Just bought a 100$ gift card for a birthday the other day and they include a little hand mirror to go with it. I take it out for inspection and this mirror is filthy! There's a chip on the inside, the glass is dirty, the outside of mirror box has makeup, fingerprints, and some kind of sticker residue left on it. I will NOT be giving her this mirror as part of the gift. Gross.

Terrible customer service, waited 20 minutes for someone to help me match my foundation shade. Kept being told I was "next" but never got the help I needed. Was willing to spend money on some high end products but the help never came so I left and took my business to the MAC downstairs where the girls were phenomenal. I will never give my money to this location, MAC will always be my go to in this mall.

Like any beauty store, the staff can be hit or miss, but generally this store has great service. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable, and have no problems giving samples if you need them. There was one time one of the girls limited me to 3 samples, which I found extremely insulting (right before the rouge sale too, so I was pretty annoyed since my shopping list was in the thousands of dollars and I was trying to narrow it down) but when I came in to return tons of stuff because she didn't give me samples - I either had the wrong color or it didn't agree with my skin - they were super nice about it and gave me no trouble at all. :)

Lots of sweet girls who were willing to help when I went in yesterday! I went to southgate the day before, and nobody asked me even once if I wanted help, but yesterday I got lots of cool advice and nice products to try thanks to Amanda.
