Purchased some furniture here 7 weeks ago. False promises on delivery. No showed THREE separate times. Third delivery was scheduled without even giving us a call. Luckily I had gone into the store to complain, or I would not have even known. 16+ hours of waiting at home, still no furniture. They will not give my money back until i receive the furniture! Which, quite frankly, I do not believe will happen! Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor experience.

No variety here. If you go online to shop beware. The shipping is horrible. They will take your order and then see if they have the item. If they don't tough luck you lost the clothing lottery. They will ask if you want next day delivery. Don't do it. They just ship it normally and steal your money. Also they use Purolator so enjoy picking your parcel up from them because they don't even try to deliver in an apartment building.

On Thursday September 12/2017 I was at the Clinique counter for their Bonus Time. As I was taking a product off of the shelf the sales representative was right by my side to take the products I wanted away from me as if i was going to steal and then asked me if I wanted to check out and she was told then that I was not done my shopping and then she walked away. I then walked to another section and I had to pass her and not ONCE not Twice but THREE times asked if that was all I was purchasing and obviously I was not as I had talked to her not two minutes before, because of this my tone was changing as was getting frustrated. When I was finally ready to check out there were customers that were still picking out products and the Sales Rep was helping them before me. This is the second time I have gone here and I thought maybe things would change but they have not. I drop over $100 every time I visit Clinique please don't treat me like i am a common thief and if that is how the business is run as theft is a major concern, I would consider locking up your products. To close out pay attention to the customers at hand as it is very difficult as a customer when everyone is all over the place.

I've gotten some pretty amazing deals on clearance clothing along with the HBC mastercard discount they offer on some weekends. I wouldn't pay full price for most of their stuff, but I think that is to be said for most clothing stores in general.

After walking around for 15 minutes trying to find someone in the men's department to help me find what I was looking for, when I did he was helping someone else said he would be right with me. Which after 10 minutes of waiting I walked away. Under staffed and don't have a variety of sizes. Good sale prices though.
