Got sold bogus tickets by a supposed employee after UFC. The guy at the door handled it like a professional definitely will return and recommend to friends. Dubbed the doorguy big country rocking the cowboy hat!

Horrible Experience. A Real Dive.
No Integrity, this place only cares about the money & it shows.
While in line waiting to meet Nate Diaz w/my girlfriend last night, the Lady Employee there yelled @my girlfriend to get off the steps & then proceeds to abruptly push her so hard, she falls off of the stairs.
Before that, The Security Guard outside the place lied to us saying we wouldn't need a VIP Pass after I asked & told us that Nate was going to be on the Dance Floor & everyone would have a chance to meet w/him.
Then, after waiting more then an hour in line & having to deal w/pushy sweaty drunk people spilling drinks on us to water dripping on our heads from the leaky spots in the ceiling there (Health/Safety hazard), were told we needed the VIP Pass (Which was SOLD OUT) to meet Nate.
To add insult to injury, he was right there too (a few feet away from us).
What was supposed to be an exciting opportunity turned into a huge let down for us because of a LIE.
My girlfriend was heartbroken & then we just left upset like that.
The sad thing is all this could have been avoided too, if they told the truth in the first place instead of swindling us out of our money like that.
There is nothing they could ever do that could make up for that lost time.
I will never go to this place again.

Wish I could give it 0 stars! Worst experience yet at knoxvilles and that's saying something. Waited three hours to meet Nate Diaz with our VIP passes we won and were guaranteed a spot to meet him and ended up having to leave after standing with their rude pushy patrons, their bouncers who all had no idea what was going on and their promo team who also had no clue what they were doing. Don't promote an event if you can't back up what you're promoting. This isn't the first time this is happened at knoxvilles this was their final chance with me and all my friends. Won't be back to this unorganized and unsafe establishment

Hi there! I just wanted to get in touch with your company to send a message of praise. I was part of a large group of girls that visited Knoxvilles on June 24th for a bachelorette party. The staff and management, Mrs. R, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fun and safe night. Girls that had a little too much to drink in the limo were given waters and staff ensured they got safely into their car for the ride home. Management offered to fill the girls water bottles and offered shots for the girls in better shape! The bride had a fantastic time and knew her friends were safe in this establishment. Thank you very much for hosting us!

I haven't been out in quiet a long time. There was the most amazing bouncer there and she made sure I had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was friendly from the bartenders to the lovely people operating the bull which was sooo much fun. Thank you everyone especially the lovely amazing lady at the door who made my night out an amazing experience! Good drinks and a great choice of music! Loved my experience!
