Sorry had to give this a one. Yes, I know they are closed and I am not surprised. The music is ok, but the service was usually horrible. The servers mostly had attitude as they were working on Whyte ave. and somehow better than us citizens who simply visit Whyte ave.. I was overcharged for wings as the server didn't enter the order in the terminal(she took he sweet time) until after the special was over, so I was charged $10 instead of the much lower special price of at the time $3.50. She said she couldn't fix the price and didn't even try. So needless to say she got a zero % tip from me. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
The wings were great but the service was crappola. So glad it is closed.
If you are going to run a pub or nightclub, then you need to have polite staff.

Great bar with a "rough around the edges" feel. Nice warm and cozy fitting for great memories and pints alike

Small venue that gives a cozy vibe. Drinks are good for the price. The crowd is okay. Music is good depending on who's playing. Waitress service is absolutely atrocious though. I don't know her name but it's that little girl with the purple hair. Absolutely rude and cold despite us being polite and nice to her. She obviously hates working there. Please do everyone a favour and replace her, then she won't have to deal with us and we don't have to deal with her. None of us appreciate being treated like that especially if we are doing our best to be nice and friendly. At some point, all of us just told her we don't need anything and decided to go up to the bar and get our own drinks and tip those bartenders instead of her. You know what, she literally told us to do that anyway when we asked some glasses of water later in the evening.

I was surprised how much nicer this Filthys was over the one in Waterloo. Definitely recommend going here for some live shows. Also, they have red racer IPA on tap.
