This place is awesome! Always a positive and motivating environment, as well there are always new challenges in every class. I've also only been going here for only a few months and I can see and feel so much improvement! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get in the gym.

I joined Torch about about two years ago on a referral from a friend. I didn't know what to expect and while it took a little time to get used to the different exercises in the circuit portion (termed "the blast") I really started to love it! I had never done weight training before and I can now say that I know the proper format for a number of professional style lifts. This is what I really like about Aaron is that he really cares that you do the exercises properly, with the correct form. He puts his heart and soul into each exercise program and that's what you want from your trainer right!? My body really transformed and I had many people asking me what my work out was. Not only did I feel more toned but I felt stronger. One of the philosophies I admired in Aaron's program was the motto of working out to be strong for your life and all the things we do and to also feel younger and stronger. We all want to look good but keeping our body healthy for our life and during the aging process is something that really resonated with me. It's a lot of work and there were times where I felt it was too hard and I couldn't get through to the end but if you persevere you will see results. I would recommend this program to anyone serious about getting in shape and as Aaron puts it to "building a machine". Thank Aaron for everything you have taught me! Andrea :)

I have been working out all of my adult life. I have joined gyms, used workout videos, joined community boot camps but never noticed any more than a small improvement on my overall fitness. Within 2 weeks of going Torch I noticed an improvement in my strength and stamina. There is a great balance of weights and the "blast". I gained incredible knowledge of proper form with the weights, Aaron is very strict and conscientious and makes sure everyone is safe and lifting properly. My favourite part was the Blast. Although it is a challenge, the comraderie of the group was wonderful and made me push that much harder while having fun. Torch is innovative, creative, and an all around great workout!

Torch Fitness is a fun and positive environment. The workouts are always new, challenging, exciting and effective! Would recommend to everyone.

There are lots of "best things" about this gym, so I'll try to list them:
- The trainers are enormously knowledgeable and helpful. They keep you accountable to doing the movements properly and to putting in your best effort.
- The emphasis is on education, not repetition. You are taught to do exercises correctly (and the upshot of that is that you don't ever need to do many reps of anything!)
- You'll pretty much never do the same workout twice. The trainers are constantly on the lookout for new exercises and sequences to keep members on their toes!
- You'll work your ass off. But it will be over in about 20 minutes!
- If your experience is anything like mine, you'll start to notice real changes within the first month. Better posture, persistent fat pockets vaporizing, more strength overall.

This is absolutely the best gym I have ever been to.
