Charged me an agreed upon price for car insurance for the year. Then, after a week of using my new vehicle, sent me an email to inform me that the premium they setup for me is wrong and that I will need to pay more.
- Made multiple address mistakes on my application and made me pay for it.
- Effectively lied about the quoted rate and made me pay more after receiving my payment.
Agent that helped me was named Michelle Moore.

Terrible customer service. High prices. Wouldn't issue a temporary pink slip to drive my vehicle to a mechanic for the vehicle inspection. Told me I had to use a portable mechanic. Steer clear.
