The stay there wasn't bad, you basically get what you paid for. There were a couple of issues we had, first off the bed cover was very staticy I would get shocked every time I got in/out of the bed so we ended up not using the cover. The second thing was one of the towels we had appeared to have a dirty stain that was never cleaned or wasn't able to be washed off, I just hope that's the case and they're not reusing old towels

NO STARS. ( but you must click at least one to post ) This place is at the very bottom of the worst places to stay. Upon entry, the lobby looked dim and uninviting. The lobby floor was dirty and we should have just turned around and left. However after driving all day I was tired and needed to rest. Being in a wheelchair you would think they could have chosen a room closer to the elevator, after all it did not appear to be very booked. Instead I was given a room near the end of a long dark hallway with a dirty and stained carpet. The room at first glance looked okay but when you look closer it was dated and dirty. The washroom was full of rust stains and without proper ventilation. We were originally booked for a couple of nights but the wife said she could not stay here and I agreed. We checked the cancellation policy and were able to cancel without penalty. The only time front desk staff looked happy was when we paid our bill. This was by far the worst experience and Travelodge should be embarrassed to have it's name on this dump. Would not in any way recommend this place.

Horrendous! We had a reservation for four people. We got there and they told us that since they were fully booked they were not sure if our room was clean and asked US to check for THEM! They said if it was not clean they would put us in a queen room with a cot! That would not accomadate all 4 of us! Thankfully, our room was clean but only had 2 towels for 4 people. We asked the front desk if we could have a couple more towels because we wanted to take showers tonight after traveling all day. They said they were not sure if they would be able to get us towels tonight because the cleaning crew was gone and again reminded us that they were fully booked. They said maybe we could get towels tomorrow. WE HAD RESERVATIONS! WE ARE PART OF THEM BEING "FULLY BOOKED!" Why would they not have a clean room ready for people who have reservations and enough towels available? I don't understand why them being fully booked explains why they are not prepared for the people who have booked. I would understand if we didn't have a reservation of if we came before check in, but we did have a reservation and did a late check in as we told them we would! This place is a poor excuse of a hotel and our experience so far has been completely unacceptable!

You don't go to a Travelodge expecting a five star hotel experience. The rooms are smaller than normal and show significant wear and tear. They don't have fancy new usb outlets and the hallways look like something out of a horror movie. But for what I paid and expected, this was an excellent experience. The check in process was quick and simple, and the elevator was only a little rickety. My room had not one but three locks, which was honestly awesome as a girl traveling alone. The room itself was a very nice temperature, just cold enough to be perfect for sleeping, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were particularly great -I genuinely want some for my own bed. Water temperature and pressure in the shower was perfect. The breakfast the next morning was perfectly adequate and -best of all- included! Checkout took under a minute, perfect if you're running late. There's also a pool and exercise area but unfortunately I was not able to check them out during my limited stay. Overall I would consider this a surprisingly great experience, the perfect place to rest your head for a night or two. Potentially you could stay even longer, as the room came with a microwave and refrigerator rentals are only 10CAD per night. I've been in far higher rated and "better" hotels that do not have a quarter of the amenities here. If you are willing to stay in a room that had some holes in the rug and a questionable painted-over spot on the wall, you will be more than satisfied by all the services included in your stay.

A great cheaper place to stay with an airport shuttle. The staff was really friendly. When our flight got delayed to the point where we were not going to make it to Calgary that night, they cancelled the reservation at no charge. Would recommend.
